Our First Post: Why Stop Impunity
The issue of impunity for people committing major crimes in America has become the norm in our current system of injustice, be for Wall Street white-collar criminals or the ones causing the Opioids Crisis killing hundreds of thousands of Americans and destroying whole communities. Once the U.S. Department of Justice stopped putting major criminals in prison and simply started doing plea deals – even with no admission of wrongdoing and levying small fines compared to the scope of their crimes and profits, committing major crimes in America became a big business and the fines is just another cost of doing business. So, the bigger the crimes, the better for criminals, as they become wealthier and too big to jail. FBIknows.com shows that for the last twenty years or so, in an unprecedented manner never seen in America before, bad domestic and foreign actors – often joined together, forming Global Networks or Transnational Continued Criminal Enterprises (“CCE”), are systematically corrupting and subverting national and private institutions in the United States of America to further global schemes, undermining the rule of law and destabilizing our democracy. We also see that, mirroring – and often sponsoring these Global Networks and CCEs’, we find bad State Actors fomenting well-financed and well-planned coordinated campaigns to attack our national and private institutions, that forms the pillars of our working society.
Impunity Drives Lawlessness
Because of that, the FBI must now catch up with these Networks and CCEs’ and stop them from further corrupting and subverting of our institutions, negatively affecting every financial, social and political aspects of citizens’ lives in the United States of America. As seen on FBIknows.com these shameless Global Networks and CCEs’ are growing exponentially in numbers and power, feeling untouchable by law enforcement everywhere they operate.
The FBI Must Wake Up Now and Follow its Mandate
The good news is that failure is not an option for America, since the alternative to acting now is for America to become another lawlessness nation with rampant crime and financial instability for generations to come, allowing America’s enemies to win this asymmetrical war. The clear way forward is for the FBI to follow its mandate, and investigate these known Global criminal Networks and CCEs’, bringing them to face full justice for their crimes. If the FBI does that now, these Networks and CCEs’ will crumble as they are enabled by a relatively small and interlinked known group of bad domestic and foreign actors and enablers.
The FBI Stopping Impunity Can Bring Billions of Dollars to Support Growth in America
Bringing an end to this cycle of injustice and lawlessness will also support our economy and prosperity by bringing back to America hundreds of billions of dollars from illicit activity in the United States of America can – and should be seized from offshore held and controlled accounts to fuel development and jobs in America for Americans.
How to Support the FBI to Stop Impunity
Recognizing that impunity negatively touches every aspect of our daily lives and believing that we can make a meaningful difference – and indeed we can, is the first step. By engaging in discussions and forums, and exposing these Networks and following thru with demanding our elected officials to bring accountability to the FBI and other responsible parties will make the difference.
